Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Free Trial

All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends with no payment.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

If you are charged for a monthly subscription and request a refund within 7 days of that charge, we will issue a full refund for that billing cycle, provided the account has not had unusually heavy usage (e.g., bulk SMS sends, large file storage).

3. After 7 Days

Charges older than 7 days are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Annual Plans

Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days of the term. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@crewistry.app from the email on your account with your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we will almost always resolve issues directly and faster.

7. Service Outages

Extended outages caused by us may qualify for service credits at our discretion.
