Refund Policy

Crewistry sells its subscriptions through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all payments and refunds on our behalf, in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.
1. 14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends with no payment.
2. Monthly Subscriptions — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are charged for a monthly subscription and request a refund within 14 days of that charge, we will issue a full refund for that billing cycle.
3. After 14 Days
Charges older than 14 days are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4. Annual Plans
Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days of the term. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle. You can request a refund directly through your Paddle customer portal at paddle.net using the email on your order, or by emailing support@crewistry.app and we will coordinate with Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we will almost always resolve issues directly and faster.
7. Service Outages
Extended outages caused by us may qualify for service credits at our discretion.
