These Terms govern your use of the Crewistry service (the "Service"), provided by Crewistry ("Crewistry", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you enter into an agreement with Crewistry.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
3. Subscriptions & Trial
Crewistry offers a 14-day free trial on paid plans. After the trial, the selected plan auto-renews until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your billing page.
4. Acceptable Use
No unlawful activity, no abuse of SMS/email features, no resale of the Service without written permission, no attempts to disrupt, scrape, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform, and no infringement of intellectual-property or other rights.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.
6. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, in addition to our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Crewistry and all related software, documentation, and branding are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where law prohibits such exclusion.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may close your account at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
